Located in Denton, TX, this state-of-the-art station features a meticulously planned apparatus bay with an integrated shop area, seamlessly connected to the facility through a specialized turnout room equipped with advanced laundry and storage systems to ensure optimal equipment hygiene and responder safety. The first floor offers a thoughtfully designed common area, ADA-compliant restrooms, an office, electrical and mechanical rooms, and a storage mezzanine, all tailored for operational excellence. The City of Duncanville Fire Station 271 project involved the construction of a new two-story, 16,664-square-foot facility to serve the community of Duncanville, TX. The station features three-and-a-half bays, bunk rooms, a large command center, and all of the amenities needed for first responder comfort and emergency response efficiency. The station also features a mezzanine designed to support future expansion, as well as an ICC500-14-certified storm shelter. Existing structures were demolished and abated to make way for the new station, and the site was developed to include both visitor parking and a secured parking lot. The new station supports the Duncanville community's safety and well-being while employing the latest practices for fire rescue operations and occupational health.

The City of Dallas Fire Station No. 50 project included the new construction of a two-bay and a two-half bay, 12,315-square-foot fire station. The facility houses Engine 50 and Rescue 50 and supports all fire-related operations, administration, communications, prevention, education, inspection, and Emergency Medical Services for the Dallas Fire-Rescue Department. The station features drive-through bay access, a watch area, kitchen, dining room, living room, dormitories, restrooms, showers, and a fitness room to accommodate 15 full-time firefighters per shift. The fire station achieved LEED Gold Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council for sustainability and energy efficiency. The fire station was constructed on a slab-on-grade foundation with a steel structural frame and a bitumen roofing system. Dallas Fire Station No. 50 now provides effective and rapid emergency, fire, rescue, and prevention services to the surrounding community.

The City of Fort Worth Police Department South Patrol Division project involved the construction of a new 33,000-square-foot station in Fort Worth, TX. Built on a concrete foundation, the facility features a tilt-up concrete frame, a masonry and metal panel exterior, and a single-ply roof. With security as a top priority, the station is equipped with level-eight bullet-resistant glazing and paneling. Additionally, a detached flare building is included for the storage and disposal of safety devices. The main office building is designed with a storm shelter and includes 14 rooftop HVAC units, along with a 600-gallon diesel generator for backup power. This new facility stands as a pillar of public safety excellence, providing a centrally located station to support police response services for the rapidly growing South Division of Fort Worth, TX.

The White Pine County Justice Center Complex project included the new construction of a 32,495 square-foot courthouse and jail expansion located in Ely, NV. This building now includes new office spaces, a civic court chamber and court, a justice court chamber and court, two jury rooms, two district court judicial chambers, and two full-sized courtrooms. The jail expansion utilizes the existing Jail-Public Safety Building and includes additional cell blocks with beds for 75 male residents with the ability for future modular expansion. Additional cell blocks with beds for 25 female residents, new cell block for juvenile offenders, dispatch office with storage and audio/visual surveillance capacities, in addition to including additional storage for evidence supplies, high risk holding cells, a padded high risk holding cell, and a secure transport hallway to the four courtrooms of the new courthouse. Designed with security in mind, the building features a single public entrance monitored by audio/visual and a semi-secured employee entrance with card-swipe access. This project was constructed on a concrete foundation supported by footings with a steel structural and load-bearing masonry frame, masonry and metal panel exterior, a single-ply roof. The site work for this project included landscaping, concrete, lighting and asphalt. This secure, modern facility enhances the judicial and public safety capabilities of Ely, NV.

The Casa Grande Public Safety Facility project included the new construction of a 65,000-square-foot facility in Casa Grande, AZ. The City of Chandler Fire Station No. 282 project involved the construction of a 12,790-square-foot station located in Chandler, AZ. The single-story station features four apparatus bays, thirteen dormitories, offices, a state-of-the-art kitchen, a dayroom, dining room, and gymnasium. With CORE's focus on Clean Public Safety Building (CleanPSB), the station also features a turnout room for the decontamination and storage of gear to ensure a healthier environment for first responders. This exciting new station was constructed while the adjacent occupied station remained fully operational. Once the new station was constructed, the old facility was demolished and site improvements were performed. The utmost attention was paid to safety, and emergency response services continued uninterrupted throughout the project. The new station's site now features Portland cement concrete (PCC) pavement response and return aprons, as well as PCC for the staff and public parking areas. The project also included the construction of an above-ground fueling station, a standby power generator, an on-site water retention system, and improvements to the existing emergency traffic signal.

The City of Eloy Public Safety Facility project included select demolition, renovations and new additions to the City’s existing police station and former City Hall located in Eloy, AZ. The project included two phases. Phase one involved the interior demolition and abatement of the old city hall, courts, administration, and finance department, followed by the reconstruction of a 7,800-square-foot interior for police use. Phase two included the complete demolition of the old police station and the construction of a 9,200-square-foot addition to the remaining building. This new facility features a sally port, booking, processing, a holding area, property/evidence storage, gymnasium facilities, locker rooms, a briefing room, and secure parking. It also includes office space for the police department, IT personnel, and communications center. The Gila River Police Department Facility, located within the Gila River Indian Reservation in Sacaton, AZ, was constructed on a 20-acre site, with 15 acres developed for a comprehensive public safety campus. The campus features a main building housing dispatch, evidence storage, a fitness area, locker rooms, and a community room, along with a support building that includes a vehicle bay, inspection area, and K-9 kennels. Additional site elements include a shade structure, solar carports, and a vehicle impound lot. Construction utilized slab-on-grade foundations, continuous spread footings, and integral color CMU with steel beams, with dual redundancy built into all mechanical and electrical systems, and additional MDF racks installed in the 911 server room to support future expansion. To ensure functionality, CORE conducted a commissioning process, testing a dispatch console to confirm proper installation before broader system implementation, saving time and enhancing reliability. For optimal acoustic control, the project incorporated high Sound Transmission Class (STC) materials, with specialized glass openings, doors, walls, and ceiling systems. The exterior combines masonry, metal wall panels, and foam roofing. Designed to honor local culture, the facility features native and historical elements, such as medallions symbolizing the seven districts of the Gila River Indian Community, a healing garden, and community spaces for reflection, while providing vital public safety services to the Pima and Maricopa tribes.

The Town of Normal Fire Station 2 project was completed for Normal, IL. This new 10,800-square-foot station was built on concrete footings. The living quarters feature cold-formed metal framing with steel bar joists, while the apparatus bay was constructed with structural masonry and steel bar joists. A masonry exterior and TPO roof completed this essential public safety facility.

TOWN OF NORMAL FIRE STATION 2
Surrounding the 794-acre lake for which it is named, Cedar Lake, IN, is home to nearly 15,000 community members in addition to seeing a variety of tourists. The public safety officials of this historic and bustling Midwest town are now able to support community members and visitors alike with this new 20,558-square-foot public safety campus. The campus features one building which houses the Cedar Lake Police Department, and another building which houses the Cedar Lake Fire Department. Each building is equipped with the latest public safety equipment and systems, inclusive of security cameras, access control, and station alerting and dispatching automation.

Lebanon Fire Station 213 is an approximately 12,000-square-foot facility currently under construction that will include two pull-through bays and one half bay with turnout gear storage, turnout gear laundry, self-contained breathing apparatus equipment, a decontamination shower room, workroom for regular equipment maintenance, storage mezzanine, and three-story hose and training tower. The living quarters will feature a conference room, watch and report writing room, company office, an EMS suite with bunks, offices, and storage, a fitness room with exterior access, laundry room, semi-private bunk room with eight bunks, locker room with four private restrooms and showers, and an open dining and dayroom connected to an open kitchen with an island and three lockable shift pantries, all designed to support operational efficiency, firefighter readiness, and a dependable, high level of service that strengthens emergency response and community protection.

The Northern Indiana Law Enforcement Academy, completed in Valparaiso, IN, serves as a modern police training facility designed to support the professional development of law enforcement personnel across the region. The facility was constructed using pre-engineered steel supported by concrete piers and a slab-on-grade foundation. Its exterior features vertical metal panels accented by punched storefront windows, creating a clean and contemporary aesthetic. Inside, the academy includes offices, training areas, lecture spaces, locker rooms, showers, a fitness area, laundry facilities, and a large multipurpose room. Site improvements include an asphalt parking area, landscaping, and integrated stormwater management, water supply, and dry utility systems. The completed academy provides a state-of-the-art environment that enhances training, collaboration, and community safety initiatives.

The Town of Merrillville’s New Fire Station is designed to support efficient emergency response, firefighter wellness, and long-term community service. The facility features three apparatus bays with dedicated storage, workrooms, EMS restock, and decontamination areas to support daily operations. The living quarters include nine dorm rooms with associated shower and laundry facilities, as well as a kitchen, dayroom, training area, fitness space, offices, and a lobby. Site improvements include 41 parking spaces, an apparatus driveway, enhanced front-yard landscaping, and paved access to a salt dome. A wet pond at the rear of the site further supports the overall site design and stormwater management needs.

The Penn Township Fire Station 13 project included the new construction of an 11,617-square-foot replacement station located in Mishawaka, IN. The four-bay fire station features living quarters and a mezzanine. The structure was constructed with shallow concrete footings, structural concrete masonry unit walls with structural steel, structural cold-formed metal framing, steel bar joints and deck over the apparatus bay, and light gauge metal trusses with asphalt shingles over the living quarters. The exterior facade is a combination of concrete masonry unit, brick veneer, and an exterior insulation finishing system. The Penn Township Fire Station 13 project now provides an updated facility for first responders and the surrounding community.

Currently in construction, the new Plainfield Fire Territory will deliver a modern, purpose-built public safety facility for the Town of Plainfield, IN, designed to support the southeast portion while thinking of forward-thinking planning for long-term growth. This new Fire Territory will be 23,600 square feet, with four apparatus bays and a modern sleeping arrangement with 12 individual bunk rooms, each paired with a private bathroom to support the well-being and readiness of the fire fighters.

The Palm Beach County Fire Station No. 49 project entailed the construction of a new 18,066-square-foot facility in Boynton Beach, FL. Built on a concrete footings foundation, the station features a cold-formed metal and load-bearing masonry frame, a masonry and precast concrete exterior, and a metal panel roof. In addition to providing living and working spaces for first responders, the station includes a fuel station, an emergency generator, a proprietary locution system, and a Wi-Fi communication tower. The project also encompasses extensive site work, including utilities, paving, drainage, site lighting, infrastructure, landscaping, and irrigation.

The Mill Run Fire Station is a one-story, hurricane-hardened fire station designed to serve community support and firefighting operations. The building incorporates load-bearing masonry construction with open web steel joists, a metal deck, and structural steel framing, along with CMU walls and a steel and PTO roof system. The facility includes an apparatus bay, as well as a mezzanine to support operational needs. As an essential infrastructure, the design prioritizes durability and functionality, ensuring resilience against extreme weather conditions.

CITY OF KISSIMMEE MILL RUN FIRE STATION
The Mesquite Library project, built for the Las Vegas-Clark County Library District, included the new construction of a 13,313-square-foot library campus located in Mesquite, NV. The facility functions as a community hub for learning, gathering, and job creation. The project incorporated the original library into the new campus as a learning center offering one-stop services for the community. The project features an art gallery showcasing artists from Nevada, a café with a drive-through, a homework help center, and public meeting rooms. This project received LEED Gold Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council for energy-efficient and sustainable features. The campus was constructed on a concrete foundation reinforced by stem walls with a frame of masonry walls with steel joists and deck. An exterior consisting of insulated masonry, storefront, metal panels, and a single-ply roof completed the construction. Mesquite Library now provides a space for economic, social, and educational connections for the Mesquite community.
